Metro Ambulance also offers statewide transportation, including the Texas/Mexico border, with and advanced notice of four to twenty-four hours depending on trip distance.

Metro Ambulance fields one of the largest fleets of Ambulances and Care Cab Vans in the San Antonio Metroplex. Each Ambulance is staffed by two DSHS certified Medics and State-of-the-Art equipment.

Each Care Cab Van is equipped with handle patients who are confined to a wheelchair, require assistance to move or ambulate withou assistance. All of our Care Cab Van Drivers are CPR and CEVO II certified.
